Command Systems is always releasing updates to the DVC system and we rarely try to fix software bugs. Oftentimes a problem can be solved by simply updating to the latest version of the software. Go to the DVC Software Download page to check if there is a new version available.
If you have the latest version and are still having problems, here is a list of some problems and solutions for the DVC system.

- DVDs created from files exported from DVC not playing correctly on DVD Player
- Video files downloaded from the internet not playing correctly on DVC Player
